Job Description:
Axis is looking for a Field Service Manager to lead and coordinate service operations, ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, and according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Managing daily field service operations and personnel
• Coordinating with clients and internal teams to meet project requirements
• Ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and operational procedures
• Monitoring performance and providing technical guidance to service teams
• Preparing reports and documentation for management review
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in oilfield services, with leadership experience
• Strong management and communication skills
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• English communication proficiency
