Job Description:
The Base Manager will oversee mud logging operations and ensure smooth coordination of field and office-based teams. This senior role requires at least 10 years of industry experience and a strong academic background.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily base operations and support field teams
• Manage logistics, equipment readiness, and supply chain processes
• Ensure compliance with HSE and operational standards
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and crew members
• Provide strategic input to improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
• University degree in Engineering, Geoscience, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in mud logging and associated operations
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Proficiency in English communication
• Valid medical certificate
