 Job Description:

We are recruiting skilled and experienced Workover Crew for operations on a 100-Ton Workover Rig. The selected personnel will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and continuous well service operations, following company standards and regulatory compliance.

 Key Responsibilities:

Depending on the position, duties may include but are not limited to:
 • Conducting workover operations safely and efficiently
 • Supervising rig floor and downhole activity
 • Ensuring equipment reliability and operational readiness
 • Performing mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and maintenance
 • Conducting safety drills, toolbox talks, and risk assessments
 • Maintaining clear communication with rig and onshore teams

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Workover / Well Services / Drilling Operations
• Valid MVT Certificate (strongly preferred)
• NEBOSH certification required for HSE role
• Valid medical fitness to work offshore/on-site
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work in a rotational work environment
