General Requirements:

1. Experienced crew only (no entry-level / no fresh graduates)
2. ACLS & ATLS Certified (for Medic positions)
3. Basic Firefighting Certificate
4. Valid BOSIET OPITO
5. Ballast Control Certificate (for DPO)
6. Basic First Aid
7. 2nd Officer License (for DPO applicants)
8. Well Control / Blowout Prevention (for Senior Drilling Crew)
