Job Responsibilities
Drilling Crew
- Conduct safe and efficient drilling operations
- Supervise drilling activities and rig personnel
- Monitor drilling parameters and well control systems
- Maintain compliance with operational procedures
- Coordinate with rig departments to ensure operational efficiency
Electrical Department
- Maintain electrical systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and control systems
- Ensure operational readiness of rig electrical installations
- Perform preventive maintenance activities
Mechanical Department
- Maintain drilling machinery and rig equipment
- Perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures and equipment issues
- Ensure safe operation of mechanical systems
Welding Department
- Perform welding and fabrication work
- Maintain structural integrity of equipment and installations
- Support maintenance and repair projects
- Follow safety procedures during welding operations
Rig Floor Crew
- Support drilling and rig floor activities
- Operate rig equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with pipe handling and drilling operations
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards on the rig
HSE Department
- Monitor compliance with HSE regulations
- Conduct safety inspections and audits
- Deliver safety training and toolbox talks
- Promote a strong safety culture throughout operations
Requirements
General Requirements
- Relevant qualification for the applied position
- Previous drilling rig experience preferred
- Strong technical and operational knowledge
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Drilling Crew Requirements
- Degree or Diploma required for DS, TP, NTP, Driller, and Assistant Driller positions
- Relevant drilling experience in the applied rank
Electrical Department Requirements
- Mine Certificate or Supervisor Certificate mandatory
- Relevant electrical qualifications and experience
Mechanical Department Requirements
- Relevant mechanical qualifications and drilling rig experience
Welding Requirements
- Valid 6G Welding Certification mandatory
HSE Requirements
- Valid NEBOSH Certification mandatory
Mandatory Certifications
- IWCF Certificate
- MVT
- First Aid (FA)
- Fire Fighting (FF)
- Medical Form “O” with reports
- Police Clearance Certificate (PCC)
