Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a long-term maintenance project with Ma’aden in Saudi Arabia. The project involves routine plant maintenance operations across multiple industrial sectors including oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, fertilizer, and steel plants.
Candidates must have prior experience in plant maintenance within similar industrial environments. This is a long-term opportunity offering stable employment with overtime, accommodation, food, and transportation provided by the employer. GAMCA medical clearance is mandatory for all selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Performing routine maintenance and inspection of plant equipment
• Ensuring safe and efficient operation in compliance with industrial standards
• Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues
• Supporting shutdowns, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules
• Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting work progress
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates (preferred for structured compliance, though not mandatory for plant roles)
• Medical fitness certificate (GAMCA approved mandatory)
• Proficiency in English communication
• Only Indian Nationals
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in similar plant maintenance roles

• Salary: As per position (range 1100–6000 SAR) + overtime
