Job Description

A leading steel and cement plant in Oman is recruiting experienced technical, supervisory, and safety personnel for short-term maintenance and operations projects. The roles involve work on rotating equipment, rolling mills, furnaces, kilns, conveyors, piping, and structural systems, in compliance with international HSE and industrial standards.

• Rigging Supervisor — 25 Nos.
• Fabrication Supervisor (Structure & Piping) — 27 Nos.
• Shift Engineer (Conveyor, Furnace, Kiln, Rolling Mill & Piping) — 23 Nos.
• Site Supervisor (Conveyor, Furnace, Kiln, Rolling Mill & Piping) — 27 Nos.
• Mechanical Supervisor (Rotating & Rolling Mill) — 23 Nos.
• Mechanical Foreman (Rotating & Rolling Mill) — 36 Nos.
• Rigging Foreman — 23 Nos.
• Permit Holder — 32 Nos.

HSE:

• HSE Officer (NEBOSH) — 63 Nos.

Technical / Skilled:

• Mechanical Technician (Rotating) — 54 Nos.
• Structural Fabricator — 27 Nos.
• Welder TIG & ARC (CS & SS) — 45 Nos.
• Mechanical Fitter — 63 Nos.
• Rigger — 72 Nos.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision and execution of mechanical, structural, and rigging works
• Maintenance of rotating equipment and rolling mill systems
• Compliance with plant safety, quality, and permit-to-work procedures
• Coordination with engineering and site management teams
• Adherence to HSE regulations and operational standards

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years GCC experience
• Experience in steel plants, cement plants, and rotating equipment
• Relevant trade or supervisory experience for the applied position
• Valid certificates and credentials
• Ability to work in industrial plant environments
