Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supporting land rig operations under supervision
• Assisting in equipment handling, maintenance, and safety procedures
• Following instructions from supervisors and senior staff
• Ensuring compliance with HSE standards at all times
• Developing technical and safety knowledge through practical training
Requirements:
• Open to freshers with interest in oil & gas industry
• Technical or vocational background preferred for Mechanic/Electrician roles
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to field conditions
• Medical fitness certificate
• Basic English communication skills
Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: Rotation-based (21 days on / 21 days off)
