Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervise and manage drilling operations (Superintendents & Foremen)
• Operate drilling rigs and associated equipment safely and efficiently (Drill Rig Operators)
• Operate cranes and support lifting operations (Crane Operators)
• Perform general labor and assist with drilling tasks (Laborers)
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies
• Coordinate with team members to maintain operational efficiency

Requirements:
• Relevant experience in drilling operations, leadership, or field support roles
• Knowledge of drilling rig operations and safety procedures
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills
• Ability to travel to project sites and return home every weekend
• Physical fitness suitable for field work
• English communication skills preferred
