Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervise and manage drilling operations on field-based rigs
• Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and technical standards
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, oversee mechanical and electrical maintenance
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff
• Monitor daily rig operations and maintain operational logs
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and report incidents as required

Requirements:
• Relevant experience in drilling, rig operations, or oilfield services for the applied position
• Valid certifications as per role (e.g., IWCF, BOSIET, STCW, offshore medical, or equivalent)
• Strong command of English for effective communication
• Demonstrated ability to work safely and efficiently in onshore/offshore environments
• Ability to provide daily pay rate information
