Job Description:

PT Adiartha Swabuana is currently recruiting experienced professionals to join its Onshore Drilling & Workover Crew.

The company is seeking qualified personnel for drilling rig operations, mechanical and electrical maintenance, HSE, logistics, welding, and translation support. Successful candidates will work in a professional onshore environment and will be expected to maintain high standards of safety, operational efficiency, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Perform duties according to the assigned position and drilling/workover procedures
• Support safe and efficient rig operations and maintenance activities
• Operate, inspect, and maintain drilling, mechanical, electrical, and support equipment as applicable
• Follow HSE procedures, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safe working practices
• Participate in emergency drills, safety meetings, and operational briefings
• Maintain required operational and maintenance documentation
• Work effectively as part of a professional onshore drilling team

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the position applied for
• Valid Certificate of Competency / relevant professional certification for the applicable position
• Valid Medical Check-up Certificate
• Previous onshore drilling and/or workover experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards and safe working practices
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physically and medically fit for onshore field operations
• Foreign crews are not eligible for this opportunity

Position-Specific Requirements:

• Rig Superintendent / Tool Pusher / Driller / Derrickman / Floorman / Roustabout: Proven drilling rig and workover experience
• Chief Mechanic / Mechanic / Motorman: Relevant mechanical qualifications and rig maintenance experience
• Chief Electrician / Electrician: Relevant electrical qualifications and industrial/drilling rig experience
• Welder: Valid welding qualifications and practical fabrication/repair experience
• HSE: Relevant HSE qualification and drilling/workover safety experience
• Materialman: Previous experience in material, warehouse, or drilling logistics operations
• Translator: Strong English and Indonesian language skills and relevant field experience preferred
