Job Description:
We are currently recruiting experienced drilling crew and supervisory personnel for a long-term offshore drilling project. The company operates modern drilling units under international standards, offering stable employment and competitive conditions.
The project involves rotational offshore assignments with structured crew changes. All positions are offered under a long-term contract with paid off-period salary. Transportation, visa, and flight arrangements are fully covered by the employer.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Performing drilling and rig operations in accordance with safety standards
• Operating and maintaining drilling equipment and machinery
• Supervising crew activities (for senior positions)
• Ensuring compliance with operational, technical, and HSE procedures
• Reporting operational performance and technical issues to management

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates (where applicable)
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (offshore drilling preferred)

• Rotation: 28 days ON / 28 days OFF
