Location: Kuwait / Offshore Oil & Gas Project

Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a major offshore shutdown project in Kuwait, under the direct supervision of NBTC EQUATE. The project involves working on oil and gas facilities, with responsibilities related to maintenance, repair, and shutdown operations. The contract is project-based, and workers will be assigned to offshore rigs/vessels. Free accommodation, meals, and transportation are provided.

Positions Available:

1. Manager – Construction (Mechanical)
    
   B.E./Diploma in Mech. Eng. with 10+ yrs in Oil & Gas/Petrochem; experienced in offshore turnaround projects.
2. Engineer – Site (Piping)
    
   B.E./Diploma in Mech. Eng. with 5+ yrs in Oil & Gas/Petrochem; skilled in piping, offshore turnaround projects, and ASME/API standards.
3. Engineer QA/QC (Piping)
    
   B.E./Diploma in Mech. Eng. with 7+ yrs in Offshore Refinery/Petrochem; experienced in OC systems, ASME/API/NACE standards. CSWIP 3.1/AWS CWI & BGAS Gr.2/NACE Lv2 mandatory.
4. Engineer – Planning
    
   B.E./Diploma in Mech. Eng. with 6+ yrs in Offshore Oil & Gas/Petrochem; experienced in turnaround projects & skilled in Primavera P6/MS Projects.
5. Inspector QA/QC (Piping/Welding)
    
   B.E./Diploma in Mech. Eng. with 5+ yrs in Offshore Oil & Gas/Petrochem; experienced in QC systems. CSWIP 3.1/AWS CWI certification mandatory.
6. Inspector QA/QC (Painting)
    
   B.E./Diploma in Mech. Eng. with 5+ yrs in Offshore Oil & Gas/Petrochem; experienced in QC systems. BGAS Gr.2/NACE Lv2 certification mandatory.
7. Supervisor – Piping
    
   B.E./Diploma/ITI in Mech. Eng. with 5+ yrs in Offshore Oil & Gas/Petrochem; experienced in offshore turnaround.
8. Supervisor – Painting
    
   Diploma/B.E. Mech. with 5+ yrs in Oil & Gas/Petrochem; offshore turnaround experience preferred. NACE/BGAS certification.
9. Foreman – Rigging (QP)
   Diploma/High School with 5+ yrs in Offshore Oil & Gas/Petrochem; experienced in offshore rigging and turnaround projects.
10. Welder – TIG & ARC (CS)
    High School/ITI with 4+ yrs in pipe welding for Offshore Oil & Gas/Petrochem; offshore turnaround experience & running cards mandatory.
11. Welder – TIG & ARC (SS)
    High School/ITI with 4+ yrs in pipe welding for Offshore Oil & Gas/Petrochem; offshore turnaround experience & running cards mandatory.
12. Painter – Brush/Airless (Pipe)
    5+ yrs in pipe & structural painting for Offshore Oil & Gas/Petrochem; Civil operators and painter appd cards required.
13. Fabricator – Pipe
    KWD 200-275 + OT
    5+ yrs in pipe & structural painting for Offshore Oil & Gas/Petrochem; Civil operators and painter appd cards required.
14. Rigger
    
    High School with 4 yrs in Offshore Oil & Gas/Petrochem.
15. Fitter – Pipe
    High School with 4 yrs in Offshore Oil & Gas/Petrochem.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Overseeing daily operations related to construction, piping, welding, rigging, or painting on offshore platforms.
• Supervising and ensuring compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
• Managing project timelines and ensuring efficient execution of tasks.
• Coordinating with offshore teams to ensure smooth operations during shutdown periods.
• Preparing and reviewing reports related to operational progress and safety standards.

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position or vessel type
