Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
 • Overseeing and executing daily drilling operations.
 • Ensuring full compliance with HSE standards and company procedures.
 • Supervising and coordinating rig crew activities.
 • Maintaining operational efficiency of drilling equipment and machinery.
 • Reporting and documentation in accordance with operational requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in onshore drilling operations.
• Valid oilfield and HSE certifications as required for each position.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Physically fit and willing to work in a remote drilling environment.
• Strong safety awareness and leadership mindset.
