Job Description:

Selected personnel will be assigned to an onshore drilling rig operation in Basra, West Qurna field.
The team will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations across drilling, maintenance, and support departments.
Candidates must have solid oilfield experience and a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.

 Key Responsibilities (General Overview):

• Ensure all operations are performed safely and in accordance with company and client procedures
 • Support rig and drilling activities based on assigned role
 • Maintain operational efficiency and equipment reliability
 • Follow HSE standards and participate in daily safety meetings
 • Report to supervisors and maintain clear communication across departments

 Requirements:

• Proven experience in Oil & Gas drilling or rig operations (onshore preferred)
• Valid Oilfield or Technical Certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Strong English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
• Team player, able to work in multicultural environments
• Availability for immediate or short notice mobilization

Employment Details:

• Location: Basra – West Qurna
• Contract Duration: Long-term / Renewable based on performance
• Rotation: 28/28 days (or as per project requirement)
