Job Description:
We are urgently recruiting a full project operations crew for offshore construction projects. Positions are available for experienced personnel across various technical, supervisory, and administrative roles. The project involves offshore construction activities, including rigging, scaffolding, welding, and deck operations. Candidates must have relevant experience, valid certificates, and the ability to work in a multinational offshore environment. Joining is planned for end of January / February 2026.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervision and coordination of offshore construction activities
• Ensuring safety compliance and adherence to offshore regulations
• Planning and monitoring work schedules and resource allocation
• Maintenance and inspection of equipment, scaffolding, and welding works
• Documentation, reporting, and support of project administration tasks
• Team leadership and effective collaboration across multinational crews

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates or position-specific offshore certifications (where applicable)
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proven experience in the applied role or similar offshore projects
• Proficiency in English communication
• Experience with offshore construction, rigging, scaffolding, or welding as per position
• Ability to work in challenging offshore operational conditions
