Job Description:
AR Enterprise, a woman-owned company, is expanding its oilfield operations team in Gujarat. The company seeks experienced Indian professionals for multiple technical and supervisory roles in drilling and maintenance. Successful candidates will work onshore, supporting oilfield operations and ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with project standards.
Available Positions:
1. Rig In Charge (Degree / Diploma) — Experience: 5–8 years
2. HSE Manager (Degree / Diploma) — Experience: 5 years
3. Driller (Degree / Diploma) — Experience: 4–6 years
4. Assistant Driller (Degree / Diploma) — Experience: 3–5 years
5. MIC – Instrumentation (Degree/Diploma EC/Instr) — Experience: 8–10 years
6. MIC – Mechanical (Hydraulic) (Degree/Diploma) — Experience: 8–10 years
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Overseeing rig operations and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Managing and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Supervising drilling performance and optimizing operational efficiency.
• Monitoring safety procedures and conducting HSE training.
• Preparing reports and coordinating with project management.
Requirements:
• Indian Nationals only.
• Relevant Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–10 years of oilfield or drilling experience (as per position).
• Valid professional certificates and medical fitness.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: As per company project terms.
• Salary: ₹35,000–₹55,000/month (depending on role & experience).
