WRS – Worldwide Recruitment Solutions anticipates a rise in short-term and holiday relief manpower needs during the upcoming Christmas period.
We are seeking experienced Marine & Offshore Drilling crew for temporary, urgent-response, and project-based assignments across various offshore units including Jack-Ups, Drillships, Semi-Subs, and production assets.
Work scopes may include drilling operations support, deck and rig floor activities, crane operations, maintenance tasks, and general rig support duties depending on the position.
These roles are ideal for candidates who are available on short notice and willing to support festive-season operational coverage.
Responsibilities vary by position but may include:
• Supporting day-to-day offshore drilling or marine activities
• Ensuring safe operations and compliance with all HSE procedures
• Participating in toolbox talks, drills, and emergency exercises
• Performing technical, mechanical, electrical, or deck duties relevant to your rank
• Providing holiday cover and assisting during peak seasonal operations

• BOSIET / FOET preferred
• Previous offshore drilling or marine experience
• Certification relevant to position (Crane Op, ET, HSE, Rig Mechanic etc.)
• Ability to work safely in a multicultural offshore environment
• Good communication skills in English
• Availability during Christmas / New Year period
