Job Description:

PT. Aryndo Utama Sarana Sukses is seeking qualified and experienced professionals to join an onshore drilling project in Indonesia. The company is looking for candidates with relevant experience in drilling operations, technical maintenance, wellsite monitoring, and pressure engineering.

Candidates applying for senior positions must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the same role. Applicants should possess relevant qualifications and valid industry certifications, demonstrate strong leadership and teamwork skills, and be willing to work on-site under a rotational schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Supervise and coordinate daily drilling operations to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
• Manage drilling personnel, equipment, and operational activities according to project requirements.
• Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and drilling-related equipment.
• Monitor drilling parameters, mud logging data, and well conditions to support safe operations.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, industry standards, and company procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the same position.
• Valid and relevant industry certificates, such as IADC / IWCF, where applicable.
• Relevant educational background and technical qualifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Indonesia under a rotational schedule.
• Commitment to safety, integrity, and operational excellence.

Open Positions:

1. Rig Manager – Minimum 10 years of experience in the same position.
2. Tool Pusher – Minimum 10 years of experience in the same position.
3. Chief Mechanic – Minimum 10 years of experience in the same position.
4. Chief Electrician – Minimum 10 years of experience in the same position.
5. Mud Logger
6. Mud Logging Technician
7. Pressure Engineer
