Requirements
Toolpusher / Night Tool Pusher
• Extensive onshore drilling rig experience
• Strong leadership and crew management skills
• Experience supervising drilling operations
Driller
• Proven experience operating drilling equipment
• Knowledge of drilling procedures and well control practices
Assistant Driller
• Experience assisting drilling operations
• Understanding of rig equipment and safety procedures
Derrickman
• Experience with mud systems and derrick operations
• Ability to work safely at height and in drilling environments
Chief Mechanic
• Strong mechanical maintenance background on drilling rigs
• Experience supervising rig mechanical systems and maintenance crews
Chief Electrician
• Experience maintaining rig electrical systems and power generation equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and supervisory skills
