Candidates must have proven experience in similar roles on deep-drilling rigs. Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervising and executing drilling operations on 3000HP land rigs
• Ensuring safe and efficient rig performance in compliance with company standards
• Leading, training, and supporting rig crews in daily operations
• Maintaining rig equipment and ensuring preventive maintenance is carried out
• Reporting and coordinating with project management teams on site activities

• Proven experience on 3000HP or deep-drilling land rigs in the same role
• Valid STCW certificates (where applicable)
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Strong proficiency in English communication
