Job Description
Baltic Resourcing is currently seeking qualified and experienced offshore professionals to join a Drillship operating on international offshore oil and gas projects.
Successful candidates will support drilling operations, vessel navigation, engine room management, subsea systems, mechanical maintenance, rig supervision, administration, and offshore safety while ensuring full compliance with international maritime regulations, offshore HSE standards, and company procedures. Baltic Resourcing has active recruitment for several of these drillship roles.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced offshore personnel with previous Drillship or Semi-Submersible experience.

Job Responsibilities
- Support safe offshore drilling operations
- Supervise marine, drilling, and engineering activities according to rank
- Operate and maintain drilling, propulsion, and auxiliary systems
- Monitor subsea equipment and drilling support systems
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities
- Ensure compliance with ISM Code, SOLAS, MARPOL, and company HSE policies
- Participate in emergency drills and safety meetings
- Maintain operational readiness and effective teamwork onboard
Requirements
- Valid STCW certification package relevant to the applied position
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for officer and engineer positions
- Previous Drillship or Semi-Submersible experience preferred
- Relevant offshore drilling qualifications for drilling positions
- Valid passport and offshore medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong leadership, technical, and teamwork abilities
- Physically and medically fit for offshore service
