Job Description:
Team Recruitment is currently seeking experienced offshore drilling professionals for a number of upcoming offshore assignments in the North Sea. Opportunities are available for personnel with drilling rig experience to support safe and efficient offshore operations. Mobilisation will take place from Aberdeen, UK, and Den Helder, Netherlands, depending on the position. Candidates must meet the position-specific experience requirements and be available for the scheduled mobilisation dates.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Perform duties according to the assigned offshore position.
Support safe drilling and maintenance operations onboard the offshore installation.
Comply with company HSE policies and international offshore safety regulations.
Participate in operational planning, inspections, and emergency response procedures.
Work effectively as part of the offshore crew to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
Requirements:
General Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates (where applicable).
Medical fitness certificate.
Proficiency in English communication.
Relevant offshore certifications required for the applied position.
Previous offshore drilling experience in the applied rank.
Position-Specific Requirements:
Experienced Roustabout
Previous experience as a Roustabout on offshore drilling rigs.
Derrickman
Previous experience as a Derrickman.
Manual derrick experience is mandatory.
Driller
Previous experience as a Driller.
Cyber rig experience is mandatory.
Safety Officer
Previous offshore experience as a Safety Officer.
Valid EU Passport is mandatory due to the rig location.
