A drilling company is currently recruiting experienced professionals for drilling rig operations in Basra Governorate, Iraq.
The project offers a 14 days ON / 14 days OFF rotation and is open exclusively to Iraqi Nationals. Successful candidates will be responsible for supporting drilling, mechanical, electrical, lifting, HSE, and medical operations while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and operational performance.

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Perform duties according to the assigned position and drilling rig procedures
• Support safe and efficient drilling rig operations
• Carry out equipment operation, maintenance, inspection, and repair activities as applicable
• Follow all HSE policies, risk assessments, and safe working procedures
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, emergency drills, and training
• Maintain equipment, work areas, and operational records in accordance with company standards
• Work effectively within a multidisciplinary drilling rig team
• Iraqi nationality is mandatory
• Proven experience in drilling rig operations relevant to the applied position
• Relevant technical qualifications and certificates for the position
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards and safe working practices
• Ability to work a 14 days ON / 14 days OFF rotational schedule
• Physically fit and medically suitable for rotational field work
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• For Crane Operators and Forklift Operators: valid driving/operator license and relevant certificates are required
• HSE Officers/Supervisors must hold relevant HSE qualifications and experience
• Medic/Paramedic candidates must hold valid medical/paramedic qualifications
• Applications without relevant experience or required documentation will not be considered
