Job Description:
We are currently recruiting experienced skilled trades and supervisory personnel for long-term industrial construction projects in North Lincolnshire, UK. Successful candidates will support fabrication, structural installation, rigging, welding, and site supervision activities while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Perform assigned duties according to trade and project requirements.
Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality.
Work effectively with supervisors and project teams to achieve project objectives.
Requirements:
Valid Safety Passport or IOSH certification.
Previous experience in the applied position.
Relevant trade qualifications or certifications.
Ability to work safely in an industrial construction environment.
Good English communication skills.
