Job Requirements:
• Proven experience working on onshore drilling rigs
• Valid IWCF certificate – mandatory for all drilling crew roles
• Strong understanding of drilling operations and safety procedures
• Ability to work in rotation and in demanding field conditions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
