Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure safe, efficient execution of all drilling and operational activities.
Comply with company policies, operational procedures, and international HSE standards.
Provide technical oversight and support to site teams during daily operations.
Participate in pre-job planning, risk assessments, and toolbox meetings.
Maintain accurate operational reporting and documentation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless workflow across functions.
Promote a strong safety culture and adherence to hazard-prevention protocols.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in the Oil & Gas drilling sector within the applied role.
Strong knowledge of drilling operations, safety procedures, and industry best practices.
Valid and up-to-date certifications applicable to the position (IWCF, H2S, BOSIET, etc.).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multicultural teams.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Previous Middle East experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
