Job Description:
We are currently hiring for a long-term Oil & Gas / Drilling project at a shipyard in Abu Dhabi. The project involves construction, fabrication, and maintenance of marine and offshore structures. Work is shore-based (shipyard environment) with standard industrial working conditions and extended shifts as required. Shortlisting of candidates is currently in progress. Multiple openings are available for both supervisory and technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervising and coordinating daily work activities on site
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Operating tools and equipment relevant to the position
• Performing fabrication, welding, rigging, or maintenance tasks
• Reporting progress and coordinating with team members and management
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Only Indian Nationals
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a similar role (shipyard / oil & gas projects)
