Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities vary by role but may include:
Ensuring safe vessel operations in compliance with international maritime standards
Performing preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment
Supporting deck activities such as mooring, cargo handling, rigging, and marine operations
Maintaining engine room systems, pumps, generators, and auxiliary equipment
Conducting inspections, troubleshooting, and operational checks
Assisting senior marine officers and following company safety procedures
Contributing to vessel readiness, housekeeping, and emergency response duties

Requirements:
Proven experience in the maritime/offshore industry relevant to the applied role
Valid and up-to-date STCW certificates and seafarer documents
Medical fitness certificate (OGUK or equivalent)
Strong understanding of maritime safety, operational procedures, and vessel regulations
Ability to work in multicultural offshore teams
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Additional technical certifications (where applicable for Engine Room, Deck, or Pumpman roles)
