Job Description:
Petrofac is currently seeking experienced Rope Access and Offshore Trades Personnel for multiple upcoming offshore projects mobilising from Aberdeen.
These are rotational and short-term assignments on offshore installations, offering excellent working conditions, competitive pay, and opportunities to work within a reputable global energy service provider.

Rope Access Instrument Pipefitter (IRATA Level 2 or 3 required)

ASAP – Rope Access Pipefitter, Rope Access Level 3 Rigger (3/3 rotation)
17 October 2025 – Rope Access Instrument Pipefitter & Electrical Foreman (21 days)
20 October 2025 – Rope Access Pipefitter & Rope Access Plater (3/3 rotation)
24, 27, 29 October 2025 – Plater (3/3 rotation)
27 October 2025 – Rope Access Plater (3/3 rotation)
28 October 2025 – Electrical Technician (Rope Access or Deck) (3/3 rotation)
31 October 2025 – Rope Access Pipefitter (17 days)

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Performing fabrication, fitting, or electrical works in offshore environments
• Executing tasks safely and efficiently in accordance with company HSE policies
• Carrying out rope access operations under IRATA guidelines (if applicable)
• Ensuring equipment and tools are properly maintained and certified
• Reporting daily progress and safety observations to the Offshore Supervisor

Requirements:
• Valid BOSIET, MIST, and OEUK Medical certification
• Valid trade-specific qualifications relevant to the role
• Rope Access personnel must hold IRATA Level 2 or 3, with logged hours within the last 6 months
• Non–rope access personnel must hold Working at Height Unit 2 (minimum)
• Strong communication skills and proven offshore experience
