Brothers HDD is expanding operations and seeking skilled professionals to join our team on a variety of project-based roles throughout Western Canada. These positions involve working on horizontal directional drilling (HDD) projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Perform tasks specific to each role (Locators, Drillers, Tank Hands, Motor Hands, Roughnecks)
• Ensure safe operation of all equipment and adherence to HSE standards
• Collaborate with team members to maintain project quality and efficiency
• Assist with site setup, maintenance, and drilling operations
• Report operational progress and issues to supervisors

Requirements:
• Relevant experience in HDD operations or drilling support roles
• Familiarity with equipment, safety procedures, and field operations
• Ability and willingness to travel across project locations in Western Canada
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Physical fitness suitable for field work and project demands
