Job Description:
Urgently hiring crew for Drilling & Workover Project in Kuwait for a reputed Oil & Gas client. Direct client interviews will be conducted in Mumbai from 22nd May to 29th May 2026. Candidates with relevant drilling, rig operations, heavy equipment, mechanical, electrical, and oilfield support experience are encouraged to apply. Rotation-based assignments with free food, accommodation, and transportation provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Support drilling and workover operations in accordance with HSE standards
• Operate and maintain rig equipment, vehicles, cranes, and heavy machinery
• Perform mechanical, electrical, welding, and maintenance activities onsite
• Ensure safe transportation of crew, water, and emergency support services
• Assist rig crew and supervisors in daily operational activities

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Minimum experience in Oil & Gas drilling / workover projects preferred
• GCC experience will be an advantage
• Valid heavy vehicle/operator licenses required for driving and operator positions
• Relevant technical qualifications/certifications preferred for specialized roles
