We are supporting a major Plug & Abandonment (P&A) campaign scheduled to begin in early 2026 and are now recruiting experienced semi-submersible personnel for long-term rotational work. Only candidates with solid offshore drilling backgrounds will be considered.

Open Positions

Drilling & Deck Crew

• Assistant Driller (x4)
 • Derrickman (x4)
 • Roughneck (x16)
 • Lead Roustabout (x4)
 • Roustabout / Able Seaman (x12) – must hold a valid STCW AB Certificate

Mechanical & Engine Department

• Motorman (x4) – must hold STCW OOW Engine Unlimited
• Assistant Mechanic (x2)

HSE Department

• Safety Officer (x2) – NEBOSH qualification required

Job Description

Personnel will be responsible for supporting all operations associated with Plug & Abandonment activities on a semi-submersible drilling unit. Duties include safe deck operations, drilling equipment handling, derrick support, mechanical and engine room assistance, and enforcement of safety standards. All roles require strong offshore experience and strict compliance with HSE procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience on semi-submersible drilling rigs (mandatory)
• Valid BOSIET or FOET, OGUK Medical, and position-related certifications
• STCW-compliant certificates relevant to the role
• NEBOSH certification (for Safety Officers)
• Valid AB Certificate (for Roustabout/AB positions)
• EU passport holders preferred
• Spanish nationals strongly encouraged to apply
• Fluent English communication
