Job Description:
We are currently hiring experienced drilling crew members for an onshore rig project in Bahrain. The project involves land-based drilling operations under stable working conditions with competitive compensation and full support from the employer. Candidates will join an established team ensuring safe and efficient rig operations.
Positions available:
• 2 × Drillers
• 2 × Assistant Drillers
• 4 × Roughnecks
• 4 × Floor Men
• 2 × Monkey-Board Men (Derrick Men)
• 1 × Rig Mechanic
• 1 × Rig Electrician

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Performing rig operations safely and efficiently under company standards.
• Monitoring and maintaining drilling equipment and systems.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures.
• Supporting maintenance, troubleshooting, and daily rig activities.
• Reporting to supervisors and maintaining accurate operational records.

Requirements:
• Valid STCW or equivalent safety certificates (if applicable to onshore rigs)
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Proven experience in a similar onshore rig role
• Proficiency in English communication
• Strong teamwork and safety awareness
