Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy and position, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

Driller / Assistant Driller:

· Operation and supervision of drilling activities, well control, and floor crew management

Pumpman:

· Operation and monitoring of pumps and fluid systems

Chief Electrician / Electrician:

· Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment

Materials Coordinator:

· Management of inventory, spare parts, and supply logistics

Assistant Marine Planner:

· Support of marine operations planning and coordination

Crane Operator / Assistant Crane Operator:

· Safe operation of cranes for cargo handling and equipment transfers

Roustabout:

· Deck operations, material handling, and rig maintenance

Painter:

· Surface preparation, painting, and coating of structures and equipment

Radio Operator:

· Operation and monitoring of radio communication systems

Derrickman:

· Maintaining drilling fluid systems and assisting with pipe handling in the derrick

Floorman:

· Assisting with drilling operations on the rig floor

Chief Mechanic / Mechanic / Motorman:

· Mechanical maintenance, repair, and lubrication of equipment and machinery

Welder:

· Welding and fabrication tasks for maintenance and repair

Offshore Safety Officer:

· Implementation and monitoring of HSE policies, safety inspections, and risk assessments

General Requirements (all positions):

· Valid STCW certificates as applicable
· Valid Medical Certificate (offshore / OGUK or equivalent)
· Valid BOSIET / FOET with CA-EBS (for offshore roles)
· Valid Seaman's Book and Passport
· Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
· Experience: Proven experience in a similar role on offshore drilling units, platforms, or vessels
· Driller / Assistant Driller: Valid IWCF well control certificate required
· Crane Operator: Valid Crane Operator Stage 3 certificate required
· Safety Officer: Valid NEBOSH or equivalent HSE certification required
