Job Description:

We are hiring experienced personnel for Workover Rig operations.
The project involves well intervention, maintenance, completion, and workover activities on active production wells. Candidates will work in a rotational schedule under standardized international HSE policies. The rig environment requires strong technical discipline, coordinated teamwork, and adherence to safe work practices.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
 • Participation in daily rig operations related to Workover activities
 • Maintaining equipment safety, reliability, and operational readiness
 • Following HSE standards and participating in Toolbox Meetings
 • Coordinating with rig crew to ensure smooth workflow
 • Reporting operational issues to supervisors when required

Requirements:

• Valid oil & gas medical fitness certificate
 • Proficiency in English communication
 • Previous experience in Workover / Drilling operations
• Valid training certificates as required for the specific position
• Ability to work in a team-oriented rig environment
