 Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced and motivated offshore professionals to join ongoing Oil & Gas projects in Qatar, Cameroon, and Saudi Arabia.
The selected candidates will work onboard jack-up and semi-submersible drilling rigs, ensuring operational safety, technical excellence, and compliance with international offshore standards.

 Key Responsibilities (Depending on Position):

• Manage and oversee safe and efficient drilling operations
 • Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical, electronic, and marine systems onboard
 • Conduct and supervise maintenance activities and safety procedures
 • Support Toolpushers and OIM in daily rig operations
 • Enforce company safety and environmental policies (HSE compliance)
 • Plan, coordinate, and execute drilling and rig maintenance programs
 • Perform crew supervision, training, and safety drills
 • Maintain accurate documentation and operational reports

 Requirements:

• Proven offshore experience in the applied position
• Valid offshore certificates (BOSIET/FOET, HUET, CA-EBS, STCW, OGUK/ENG1 Medical)
• Valid Well Control Certificate (IWCF or IADC) – for Drilling Crew positions
• Recognized Engineering or Technical Qualification (for mechanics, electricians, and ET roles)
• HSE / NEBOSH / IOSH Certification (for Rig Safety Officer)
• Excellent command of English (both written and verbal)
• Team-oriented, proactive, and safety-focused mindset
