Job Description:
MAS Group is seeking an experienced Drilling Rig Foreman to oversee drilling operations on site. The role requires strong leadership in coordinating drilling teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and managing daily rig performance.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervising drilling operations and ensuring compliance with procedures
• Managing rig personnel and contractors on site
• Monitoring operational efficiency and resolving technical issues
• Ensuring strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations
• Reporting daily activities and performance to senior management
Requirements:
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification
• Minimum of 10 years of drilling experience, with at least 5 years as Foreman
• Valid offshore/onshore safety certifications
• Medical fitness certificate
• Strong proficiency in English communication
• Nationality must be mentioned in the CV
