The Deck Foreman supervises deck crew activities, ensuring safe execution of lifting, scaffolding, maintenance, and marine operations.

• Lead and coordinate deck crew operations
• Support lifting, rigging, and work-at-height tasks
• Inspect deck equipment and ensure readiness
• Maintain work permits and safety compliance
• Assist supervisors in daily planning

Requirements:
• Prior FPSO/FLNG deck leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of deck operations
• Valid STCW, BOSIET, medical
• Good communication and organization skills
