Atlas NextWave is urgently seeking an experienced Electrical Technician (ET) for offshore drilling assignments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and drilling-related equipment onboard offshore rigs. All duties must be performed in accordance with company procedures, OEM recommendations, and offshore safety regulations.
This role is suited for professionals with strong offshore drilling experience and advanced technical knowledge of rig electrical systems.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems and switchboards
• Inspection and repair of motors, control panels, and power distribution systems
• Support to drilling operations through equipment reliability
• Compliance with HSE standards and electrical safety procedures
• Accurate reporting of maintenance activities
• Proven offshore drilling experience as Electrical Technician
• Valid offshore safety certificates
• Valid STCW (as applicable)
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Availability for urgent mobilization
