Job Description:
The Senior Project Engineer will oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary project activities during the tender and execution phases. The role involves managing schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and safe completion of all project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all engineering disciplines and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage cost control and reporting in line with company and client requirements.
• Review design documentation and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Support client interface, technical reviews, and tender submission activities.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years’ experience in Oil & Gas project engineering (FEED/EPC).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to mobilize to South Sumatra if required.
