The Senior Drilling Engineer is responsible for planning and executing safe, efficient, and cost-effective drilling operations.

• Develop detailed drilling programs and cost estimates.
• Monitor daily operations and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, logistics, and HSE teams.
• Perform post-well evaluations and lessons learned reports.
• Support tender and technical documentation.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of drilling experience.
• Knowledge of directional and HPHT drilling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
