Job requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar At least 5 years of experience in similar HV/EHV senior/lead engineering roles, managing the delivery of high value equipment supply contracts, preferably in offshore wind, or onshore renewables and networks. Offshore experience preferred. Knowledge and experience of EHV/HV electrical equipment Knowledge and experience of offshore wind farm grid connections Experience of engineering design and delivery. Understanding of electromechanical drawings and documents. Analytical with attention to detail Project, contract and time management, with ability to complete projects and keep to deadlines Numerical skills and ability to quantify the costs of potential incidents Strong leadership, teamwork, and customer service ethic Adaptable and good at problem solving Enthusiastic and flexible approach to work Good communication skills at various level
