Job Description:
Drilling Fluids Engineer X is a senior technical expert responsible for strategic oversight, advanced troubleshooting, and leadership in all drilling fluids engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead drilling fluids design and operational excellence programs
• Provide senior technical guidance to engineering and field teams
• Monitor project performance and implement improvements
• Ensure compliance with HSE and company standards
• Prepare technical reports and support project management decisions

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10+ years experience in drilling fluids engineering
• Proven offshore and onshore project experience
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• English proficiency required
