Job Description:
Drilling Fluids Engineer VIII oversees advanced technical and operational aspects of drilling fluids programs, ensuring top performance and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot drilling fluids systems
• Guide field and lab teams on complex projects
• Review performance data and recommend improvements
• Ensure operational efficiency and HSE compliance
• Prepare reports for management review

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 9 years experience in drilling fluids engineering
• Extensive offshore project experience
• Strong leadership and technical skills
• English proficiency
