Job Description:
The Drilling Fluids Engineer IV provides technical support and guidance for drilling fluids operations, ensuring optimal mud performance and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, monitor, and optimize drilling fluids for projects
• Analyze mud properties and recommend improvements
• Support field teams with technical troubleshooting
• Coordinate with lab technicians and drilling crews
• Prepare technical reports and documentation

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience in drilling fluids engineering
• Knowledge of onshore and offshore mud systems
• Fluent English; offshore certification preferred
