Job Description:
We are hiring experienced drilling and maintenance professionals to join our client’s oil and gas operations in Tunisia.
Successful candidates will contribute to the safe and efficient execution of drilling, maintenance, and HSE activities on active drilling rigs, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with international oilfield standards.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company and operational standards, responsibilities may include:
• Ensuring safe and efficient drilling operations.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting rig equipment and electrical/mechanical systems.
• Supervising and coordinating daily rig activities.
• Enforcing company safety and environmental procedures.
• Assisting in crew training and technical support.
• Reporting and documentation as per HSE and operational requirements.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role on drilling rigs.
• Valid STCW / HSE / Oilfield certificates (as applicable to position).
• Strong knowledge of rig operations, equipment maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Proven experience working in onshore oil & gas fields.
• Proficiency in English (French or Arabic will be an advantage).
• Must be physically fit and compliant with safety regulations.
