GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Relevant work experience in the Oil & Gas industry
Ability to read and follow technical instructions and safety procedures
Good command of English (spoken & written)
Valid certificates depending on trade (e.g., Welding, Electrical, Crane Operator License)
Physically fit and able to work in outdoor/industrial environments
Safety-oriented mindset and knowledge of industry standards (HSE compliance)
Ability to work in multicultural teams
