Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Operating and supervising drilling equipment in accordance with company and safety standards.
• Monitoring drilling parameters and ensuring efficient drilling operations.
• Leading and mentoring the rig floor crew to maintain safe and productive workflows.
• Conducting pre-job inspections and reporting any maintenance issues.
• Collaborating with the rig management team to ensure compliance with operational procedures.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Driller with a recognized drilling contractor
• Valid STCW or offshore/onshore safety certificates (as applicable)
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Strong knowledge of drilling operations and safety practices
• Proficiency in English communication
