The Driller will operate and monitor drilling equipment to ensure safe and efficient progress of the well. This role requires technical expertise, adherence to safety standards, and team coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate drilling rig systems and controls
• Ensure compliance with well program specifications
• Supervise and coordinate floor crew activities
• Monitor drilling parameters and report anomalies
• Maintain drilling records and safety standards

Requirements:
• 5–8 years of experience in drilling operations
• Valid IWCF or Well Control certification
• Strong understanding of rig equipment and procedures
• Good communication and leadership skills
